ANUGA, the trade fair concept

ANUGA is a trade fair specialized in the agri-food sector that hosts, in turn, 10 specialized fairs. ANUGA Fine Food; ANUGA Gourmet; ANUGA Chilled Food; ANUGA Meat; ANUGA Frozen Food; ANUGA Dairy; ANUGA Bread & Bakery; ANUGA Drinks; ANUGA Catering Tec; and, finally, ANUGA Retail Tec, which are the specialties that are collected under this great world-famous fair.

This is its trade fair concept: to create the best frameworks to present products in a segmented way. Thus, this event is dynamic and packed with information.

It is the most popular event in the food sector and is responsible, on every occasion, for becoming the link between exhibitors and visitors from all corners of the world.

Gastraval and ANUGA

In this year’s show, Gastraval will participate by presenting its full range of products in the Official Spanish Pavilion organized by ICEX.

Our company will be located in the FINE FOOD 11.1 Hall, a pavilion with an area of 1,791,00 m2, dedicated to gourmet products, delicatessen and food in general.

The stand number will be 111H009, where we will present our full range of products available, as well as the underlying values and work involved.

In its 36 m2 stand, Gastraval will have the opportunity to demonstrate to all attendees the potential of the most typical Mediterranean recipes, specifically from the Valencian Community, with its paellas, rice and fideuá, among others, as well as the ease of preparation of this product cooked from its beginnings in the Albufera of Valencia, the cradle of rice worldwide.

We invite all the professionals who will be present at the fair to come and visit us and get to know all our products for the HoReCa, Retail and Delivery channels, as well as the new products we will be presenting at the Fair. See you then!
