GASTRAVAL S.L. was born in 1984. Located in Catarroja, at the heart of Valencian Community,
which is the environment where we bring the best of Mediterranean
cuisine, in the form of delicious and useful pre-cooked products. D. Manuel Velarte
was the founder.

We are strongly pledged to tradition, food safety and innovation. That commitment guides each process and product development on the company

With tham in mind, the stocks we use ar self-prepared using highest quality ingredients and low heat. Thats is the way we reach authenticity and excellence in our flavours

According to our steady engagement to food safety, and in response to the current market high standards, we obtained the IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (British Retail Consorcium) certifications. These merits guarantee indisputably the strict control and excellence standards which guide all our productive processes

That certifications and our dynamic enterprise vocation, put us on a reinforced situation in the food service and retail national market. In the same way, we are reaching new international markets such as Australia, France, Hong Kong, United States and United Kingdom. We are the only paella producer present in all trade channels
